the problem employee


Performance Appraisal & Problem Employee Reflective Journal Entry

To be honest, I didn't know what the lesson was until I got into class.  I learned that personality tests can be super accurate! That thing was spot on with me.  The lesson also reiterated that I should not make assumption about people, because they will some how always surprise you.  I  also realized how much I hate the idea of self evaluation.  But I definitely see the importance of evaluations.  I think it is an essential part of our career progression to be evaluated so you are able to identify your strengths and weaknesses.  That way you can use your strengths, and work on your weaknesses.  I can utilize this lesson in my career by getting to know people, and giving them a chance to prove themselves before I judge them.  I think the whole guessing stuff about each other was a fun little activity.
