TEAM -TEAM-TEAM

I must admit, the team building games were pretty fun.  I think I learned a lot about my teammates.  We all worked really well together, and no one person tried to dominate the others.  At the beginning of each activity we would all evaluate each others strengths and decide who had the best idea/skills for that particular obstacle.  
I have always been the person who steps up and take the lead in team building exercises, but today I tried to fall back a little and see what happened.  I realized that I dont always have to be in control of the situation   (my husband would say otherwise).  Sometimes I have a hard time letting other people lead, because I think I have the easiest or most efficient way of accomplishing things.  It is important for me to learn how to be lead. Being blindfolded and led through the hallways was a great way for me to let go of my pride and trust in someone else's directions.
